THE CUSTOMER PROFILE

Very Mobile is a Virtual Mobile Operator (MVNO) owned by Hutschison Holdings, and it operates in Italy. A fast-growing reality, with highly digitalized users, Very's positioning bases on simple and affordable deals and on the online management of buying and support processes .

THE NEED

One year after the official self-care app's launch, and leveraging on the digitalization characterizing their average user, Very Mobile asked us for:

  • a solution to profile customers on the app and to push and deliver content, a constraint being the easy integration with the app and the host operator's systems 

  • a chat support, integrated with the Contact Management System Genesys, also equipped to be integrated with third party softwares and eventually filter and manage the conversations toward AI solutions

THE SOLUTION

  • TARGETED PUSH CAMPAIGNS
    Thanks to the PushCamp SDK integrated in the app, Very was able to gather profiled user-data to create dedicated targets. News, other pieces of content and the campaign scheduling are populated and customized through the Admin console. To manage the touchpoints in an integrated way, the delivery receipt returns to Very Mobile's campaign manager

  • CHAT ASSISTANCE
    To enable the chat assistance, we integrated and customized two of the main products by Monk Software: EIMeChat and EIMeRouter . The latter smoothly manages the sorting and routing of the conversations on the specialized customer care cues.  EIMeChat is used to manage the asynchronous, multichannel chat(Android, iOS and Web), including the bidirectional exchange of the attachments. Both of those solutions are pre-set for third-party system integration
